OUR WORKSHOPS

Made in France & Made in Europe

From sourcing to design and distribution, more than 20 expert trades follow one another to produce sleeved garments. Lener Cordier is proud to have managed its growth while remaining independent. For the group, this freedom means the ability to remain faithful to its values: commitment to quality and respect for employees. The group's convictions led it to organise itself with the support of two subsidiaries in Europe. Thus, the employees, whether from the French or Western Ukraine production unit, all carry out their work according to the same know-how and values. Today, the Lener Cordier "style" is recognized and the group is the leading manufacturer of sleeved garments on the European ready-to-wear market.

THE PRODUCTION WORKSHOP IN HAZEBROUCK, FRANCE

87 people (stylists, patternmakers, seamstresses, logistics, salespeople, etc.) perpetuate the exceptional know-how of the house

The group has managed to keep a production unit in France dedicated to design, patronage, prototypes and small series Made in France. This human-sized unit brings together all Lener Cordier's know-how with a small expert team of 30 seamstresses who have built their entire careers within the company. It is in this workshop that all the high quality productions required for exceptional pieces are carried out. The Hazebrouck unit is therefore emblematic and strongly distinguishes the group in its competitive universe.

As a guarantor of expertise and know-how, the company focuses on quality rather than quantity.

THE INDUSTRIAL AND LOGISTICS CENTRE IN UKRAINE

200 expert industrial seamstresses in the field of sleevd garments.

Since its creation, the company has always been able to adapt to the upheavals in its market, in particular by developing its organisation very early on towards a very flexible industrial and logistics platform in Europe. Since 1995, the group has gradually set up a logistics and industrial centre in Ukraine to meet the production requirements of its customers, which operates in coordination with the design teams, pattern makers and design office in France. Thus Lener Cordier can meet the needs of brands by offering a range of services from style to collection production. This organization makes it possible to cover needs ranging from small high-end series to series that can represent several thousand pieces.
